Wine Delivery Requirements

As stated in our shipping policy, federal law requires a signature from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments. A note left for the delivery company will not be accepted as a replacement for a signature. We recommend that orders be shipped to a business address for assured delivery. We cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if delivery is not made on the first delivery attempt, as orders that are not delivered on the first attempt may be held in a non temperature controlled facility.

Damaged/Flawed Wines

We guarantee our wine, and your satisfaction is our top priority; however, if you receive a damaged or flawed bottle directly from JennaMarise, we will replace or refund your original cost at our discretion. Please contact us at info@jennamarise.com or 707-804-8005 if there is a problem with your purchase. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the products are corked or flawed. We are unable to accept a return of wine that is damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Weather damage may include but it not limited to leakage, freezing, and/or corks pushing. Please be sure to check the weather conditions of your shipping destination before placing your order. We will do our part to monitor weather conditions as noted in our shipping policy; however, we cannot be held liable for circumstances out of our control.

Canceled Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@jennamarise.com or 707-804-8005. If you cancel your order after it has been sent to the fulfillment center, or is already in transit, a 25% restocking fee/inventory fee will be applied before a refund is issued. Once the wine is returned, we will refund your order for the cost of the wine less shipping, handling, and the 25% restocking/inventory fee.
